As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our hotels and resorts in Jakarta. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our market share and revenue.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotels and resorts in Jakarta, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, including online and offline campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase revenue.
• Manage and mentor a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our facilities are maintained to a high standard.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure that our business objectives are met.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Report regularly to senior management on the performance of our hotels and resorts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in a relevant hospitality management program, such as the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) program, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
