• Streamline recruitment workflows using ATS systems like Greenhouse and Lever.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management, particularly with Mandarin-speaking employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
