As a Financing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of loans, leases, and other financing instruments, ensuring compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our customers, from small businesses to large corporations, to understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise in Islamic finance will be crucial in navigating the complexities of Shariah-compliant transactions.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic financing plans to drive growth in the financing portfolio.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of financing activities, including loan origination, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new financing opportunities and trends.
- Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their financing needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
- Ensure compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements in all financing activities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financing operations.
- Provide training and support to the financing team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financing strategies with the overall business objectives of BTPN Syariah.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financing, particularly in an Islamic banking environment.
- Strong understanding of Shariah principles and Islamic finance products.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry in Indonesia is a plus.
