📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and handover, ensuring all MEP systems are integrated seamlessly.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring they are met and adjusted as necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Collaborate with clients to address their needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MEP coordination.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP coordination or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and codes, including but not limited to ASHRAE, IMC, and local building regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements in Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed, including remote locations in Bali.
