📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic financing plans to drive growth in the financing portfolio.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of financing activities, including loan origination, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new financing opportunities and trends.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their financing needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
• Ensure compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements in all financing activities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financing operations.
• Provide training and support to the financing team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financing strategies with the overall business objectives of BTPN Syariah.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financing, particularly in an Islamic banking environment.
• Strong understanding of Shariah principles and Islamic finance products.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry in Indonesia is a plus.
