🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field.,Experience managing a team of engineers, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.,Experience working on scalable and high-performance applications.,Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala.,Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
