- Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure high-quality patient care through effective operational processes.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in operational tools and software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality Management (optional but preferred).
