As a Mandarin Daycare Teacher at SproutsUcare Education Centre PLT, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our young learners. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement Mandarin language lessons tailored to the age and developmental stage of the children.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing individual attention and support as needed.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and integrated curriculum.
• Organize and facilitate group activities, field trips, and special events to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, particularly in Mandarin language instruction.
• Promote a positive and inclusive culture that values diversity and respects each child's unique needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Mandarin Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a Mandarin-speaking environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with early childhood education software such as SmartKid, KidzRoom, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
