Superior Porcelain Sukses, a leading manufacturer in the porcelain industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Plant Controller to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations in Subang, Jawa Barat. As Plant Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence. You will work closely with the production team to implement best practices, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Leveraging your expertise in SAP and other manufacturing software, you will drive data-driven decisions that enhance productivity and reduce waste.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data using SAP and other manufacturing software to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of production lines to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with SAP and other manufacturing software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
