📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
