📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical and electrical projects from conception to final delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using project management tools like MS Project.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, with a focus on mechanical and electrical projects.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and P&ID software.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
