Mexatol Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Data Encoder to join our team in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Accurately input and manage financial data using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records by verifying and reconciling transactions.
• Process and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies in financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and other accounting documents.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and software updates.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Data Encoder or similar role.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
