In this role, you will work closely with our creative team to develop and produce high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials. You will be responsible for ensuring that all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the specific requirements of each project.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and produce high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and creativity
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and edit designs
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that all designs are accurately translated into print-ready files
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in print production and visual design
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard
• Provide input and feedback on design concepts to ensure that they are visually appealing and on-brand
• Maintain and update design templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in print production and visual design
• Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of print production processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and innovative thinker with a strong eye for detail
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in print production
