📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the Agile delivery process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage project workflows and track progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered smoothly and without major disruptions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet business objectives and customer expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or similar role, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
