📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.,Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development activities.,Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.,Organize and grade student assignments and exams.,Provide additional support to students who need extra help.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogical methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.,Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.,Commitment to continuous professional development.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.
