📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international codes and standards.,Oversee the construction process, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to design specifications.,Conduct load calculations, material selections, and structural detailing to optimize project performance and cost-effectiveness.,Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and reports prepared by junior engineers.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering and industry best practices.,Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers and project teams.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of building codes and standards relevant to Indonesia.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Effective communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid professional engineering license or equivalent is a plus.
