PT Cipta Harapan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of purchasing processes and be able to work collaboratively with various departments to meet company objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities, including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms.,Analyze and evaluate purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular supplier audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and maintain detailed purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the procurement field.
