📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Analyze operational data to make informed business decisions.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
