📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and optimal stock availability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.,Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and teams.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
