📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of Easy Camp Sentosa, including check-in/check-out processes, guest services, and facility maintenance.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including supplies, equipment, and amenities.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the planning and execution of events and activities at Easy Camp Sentosa.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
