Place Mart Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the growth of our retail business in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. We are seeking someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to build strong relationships with our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers in the assigned territory.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Promote and sell our products through various sales channels and platforms.,Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional activities and events.,Monitor and report sales performance to the sales manager.,Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Valid SIM card and reliable internet connection for remote work.,Willingness to travel to assigned territories as needed.
