Sumber Sari Bakery is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our bakery's growth. You will work closely with our HR team and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and write job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and assist in the decision-making process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.,Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the HR field.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
