📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the pastry team, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in all products.,Develop and implement new dessert recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, including inventory management and staff training.,Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless integration of pastry items into the overall dining experience.,Maintain a clean and well-organized pastry kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry arts and baking.,Participate in cost control measures to ensure the profitability of pastry items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pastry chef role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bakery setting.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring a pastry team.,Strong knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
