In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and a proven track record of leading a team to achieve high standards of data quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and coordinate data entry tasks among team members.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data entry.,Monitor and report on data entry performance and quality.,Train and mentor junior staff on data entry best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.,Resolve data entry issues and discrepancies promptly.,Maintain and update data entry systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.,Proven experience in supervising and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of data management and database systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
