📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company objectives and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during and after training sessions.,Monitor and report on training program progress and outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel to different locations within Indonesia as needed.
