Shine Express Abadi is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for detail. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts,Prepare and analyze financial statements,Process payroll and ensure accurate employee payments,Monitor bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Provide financial support to other departments as needed,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations,Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
