Hokian Elsa Cafe & Coffee is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflicts and grievances.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
