Prime Plus Sentosa is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver assignments.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to vehicle services.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless transportation services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
