In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a crucial position that requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to vehicle performance or delivery delays.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
