In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure we find the best talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the Recruiter in maintaining and updating the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.,Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings on various job boards and company websites.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and sending out correspondence.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation sessions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
