📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create and deliver training programs,Identify training needs and develop training materials and resources,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Experience in developing and delivering training programs,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills
