The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our branch in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best performance.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting products.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
