Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media? We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and help us grow our skincare brand in Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that engage our audience and drive brand awareness. This is an onsite position based in Bali, Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted marketing efforts.,Report on the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts for a brand.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for each platform.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.,Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and visual aesthetics.
