📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of shipping operations, including vessel maintenance, crew management, and cargo handling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.,Monitor and maintain vessel performance and efficiency.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the crew.,Report to management on operational performance and safety compliance.,Handle emergency situations and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the shipping industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Familiarity with cargo handling and loading procedures.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
