📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards and guidelines.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service.,Ensure that all financial targets are met, and that the restaurant is operating profitably.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and food and beverage preparation.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure that these are followed in the workplace.,A strong understanding of marketing and sales, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.,A strong understanding of financial management, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,A strong understanding of the Indonesian food and beverage industry, and a passion for delivering excellent service to customers.
