📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of lab technicians.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory facilities.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff.
  • Conducting regular quality control checks.
  • Managing laboratory inventory and supplies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
