📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate banquet events from start to finish.
  • Ensure all banquet services meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement banquet menus and service plans.
  • Train and supervise banquet staff to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of banquet services and customer feedback.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools.
  • Understanding of food and beverage service standards.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs.
