📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with coffee shop operations is a plus.
