Depot Vera Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic Deputy Operational Manager to join our team in Cirebon, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers and maintain high standards of quality. You will also be responsible for managing our team of baristas and ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including staffing, inventory, and equipment maintenance.,Ensure that all café operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage the team of baristas, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and quality.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the general manager to ensure that the café meets all company goals and objectives.,Ensure that the café is well-stocked with high-quality ingredients and supplies.,Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and preparation techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
