Business Assitant (Mandarin Speaker)

PT. CND INTERNATIONAL TRADE INDONESIA is looking for a dedicated Business Assistant with proficiency in Mandarin to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our business operations and ensuring smooth communication with our Chinese clients.

This is a full-time position located in Jakarta Selatan, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing business operations and administrative tasks.
• Support in organizing meetings and events with Chinese clients.
• Translate documents and emails between Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Provide assistance in preparing reports and presentations for Chinese clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain and update client databases.
• Assist in preparing travel arrangements for business trips.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or business support roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with international trade and business practices is a plus.
